How do we book and pay for services?

Once we've spoken and you've confirmed that you want to secure our services, you can complete the booking process by clicking on the "BOOK NOW" tab on the menu bar above. Payment IN FULL is due at the time of booking. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Payments are processed through STRIPE, using their secure servers. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the payment is non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you do not show for your appointment for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your ceremony and your Officiant departs, you will not receive a refund.

What do we need to do before our Wedding Ceremony? **VERY IMPORTANT**

You are responsible for obtaining your Marriage License. We cannot do this for you. You can pre-apply, which we highly suggest, for the license online at https://mlic.vegas/. If you reside in Las Vegas or once you arrive in Las Vegas, both you and your spouse will have to appear in person at the Marriage Bureau in order to finalize, pay for, and receive your Marriage License. You will receive an envelope with everything you need. Please bring this entire envelope with you. We cannot legally marry you without these documents.

What do we need to do for our Vow Renewal Ceremony?

Since a vow renewal ceremony does not require any legal documentation, you do not need to bring anything with you. Please note that you do have the option of obtaining a Certificate of Vow Renewal from the Clark County Clerk's Office if you wish. This document is not a record of marriage or an official document that can be used to prove marriage; rather, it is a special certificate that can be purchased to recognize the number of years that a couple has been married. Do you perform non-religious wedding ceremonies?

 

Yes! We perform non-religious wedding ceremonies also referred to as civil ceremonies.

Do you perform religious wedding ceremonies?

Yes! We perform religious wedding ceremonies, which are non-denominational.

 

Do you perform same-sex weddings?

 

Yes! We work with LGBTQ couples and are happy to marry any couple who wants to tie the knot.

Do you charge for a rehearsal?
 

Yes! A rehearsal is a separate service. We charge an additional fee of $100.00 for this service. We will meet at the ceremony location or another location and run-through the Processional and Recessional. Rehearsals typically last about 30 minutes.

We want our ceremony to be held at the famous WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS SIGN. What should we know?
 

That is great! Please be aware that this site is very popular and can be very packed and busy with happy tourists taking photos/videos as well as other wedding ceremonies taking place. You will be sharing this site with many people, which you will not be able to select the exact spot for your ceremony. You'll simply have to get in where you fit in. Your ceremony time will be limited to 5-10 minutes. You will not be able to conduct any rituals such as the Unity Candle or Sand Ceremony.

What if we are running late on the day of our wedding?

Please plan to arrive on time. You are booking a specific amount of time listed in your package. We’ll wait up to 30 minutes as a courtesy, but please understand we cannot wait indefinitely.

If you know you're going to be late, it's your responsibility to contact us by phone BEFORE your scheduled appointment to let us know when you will arrive.

​

If you will be more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to wait as we will need to get to our next appointment on time. This will be considered a “No Show” and you will not be entitled to a refund. Should you wish to re-book, you will need to pay the full amount again.

What if I have to change my start time or wedding date?
 

While we try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating changes, we cannot guarantee our availability for a date or time change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to change your wedding date or time so we can try to find a solution for you. Additional fees may apply.
 

​What about tipping the officiant?
 

Gratuities are never expected but are always appreciated. As a general guideline, clients typically tip in the $30-$100 range.
